I can not thank these doctors enough! They LITERALLY saved my Cedellas life!! ❤️👍❤️ They were so smart and on top of exactly what needed to be done. They treated her with amazing care and I’m happy to say she is doing a million times better than the night I brought her in. It was so scary and knowing that she was in good hands made all the difference. Even though it was expensive it was worth ever penny to bring my baby home healthy. Thank you thank you thank you to everyone at this hospital!!!!! You are angels! Read Less

On July 21st I took my chihuahua Chloe in for an ultrasound because she was not eating and she was vomiting. My Vet recommended them because they could not figure out what was wrong with her. Mass Vet did an ultrasound, xrays and they also scoped her but still no anwers and sent her home. Unfortunately on July 23rd my sweet girl passed away. I called them to ask if they could recommend where I could have Chloe cremated the girl said to bring her in and they would contact ' Forget me not' So I did they brought us in a room and then she tells me I was being charged $134.00 for sitting in a room with my deceased baby girl .I just thought that was so heartless. I feel I spent close to 4000.00 the medical care and they ask me for more money!! Very heartless!!! It's not about your pets to them it's only about how much money they can take from you!!! I would never recommend this hospital! I arrived Thursday night with my son and Chinchilla who was gasping for breath and squeaking in pain. When the nurse saw that my pet wasn’t a cat or a dog she told me they wouldn’t see us. We were asked to step aside. It was raining and we were left standing on the sidewalk with my dying pet. My son asked if we could wait for our Uber in the lobby and we were told to wait in the corner so the emergencies could get it. Not once did a nurse ask what was wrong or if there was anything they could do. The other patients driving up with their pets we’re asking us if we were okay. We were completely disregarded as if my pets life wasn’t important. The nurse checking in that night was the most inhumane human I have ever met! Needless to say my little pet passed away that night due to wasting time and needing to find another hospital that would help us. Good luck to anyone who choses this type of care for their pets. If you are in the state of Massachusetts DO NOT and I cannot stress this enough. DO NOT go to Massachusetts Veterinary Referral Hospital in Woburn. Zeus went in for stitches on the 28th of February for a laceration on his paw pad. He pulled 2 of the wraps off and had a following re wrap that Sunday. They saw his paw a total of 5 time over the course of 2 weeks. This morning I took him back to get his stitches out and they said his foot looks great and that he just needs to be slow on it for a few days. We took him to the park to take a few pictures and walk around on our way home from the vet. When we started taking pictures we noticed he was biting his dew claw and when we got close enough to see it this is all we saw. Where he has cut his paw pad was NO WHERE close to where his dew claw is. We then rush him back to the vet to find out they have KNOWN about this and still sent him home. When we asked why we’re not informed the lady who came outside said she didn’t know. The smell that is coming off of him was awful. This wound smells like it was there longer than a week. They then refused to tell me who worked with my dog, stitches, re wraps, ect and said she was not allowed
