When Tomo Yamanobe's father—the former headmaster of Saint Mikhailov Academy—disappeared, he left nothing behind except for a piece of art called the icon. Soon after his disappearance, rumors of a serial killer attacking female students of the academy began to spread.

As Tomo and her sister Mafuyu Oribe head home after being tormented at school, Tomo trips over an injured silver-haired boy who abruptly vanishes while being tended to. Mafuyu goes to look for him, only to discover that the church holding the icon is burning down. When she tries to save the painting, the rumored serial killer suddenly attacks her with a mysterious ability to control magnesium. Appearing out of nowhere, the silver-haired boy, who can control iron, rescues Mafuyu.

Mafuyu finds out that the boy, named Alexander Nikolaevich Sasha Hell, is a qwaser—a being who is capable of controlling an element through the power of soma, received through the act of breastfeeding. Confused by the ordeal, Mafuyu attempts to move past it with little luck, as Sasha transfers to her class the next day. What will become of Tomo and Mafuyu's normal school life with the danger of other qwasers looming close to them?

Seikon no Qwaser uses content from the first seven volumes of the manga as its source material, but drastically deviates to create an anime-exclusive finale. It was also heavily censored during its initial broadcast due to an excessive amount of sexual content.

This anime was one of the first victims of the persecution versus ecchi anime (it was released more than ten years ago when ecchi anime were considered rebel animes). I say this because The Qwaser of Stigmata is an anime that works on many levels, but sadly, it has been a victim of low ranking.s

Yu Gi Oh! 5d's Season 2 (subtitled) Faster Than Light!

Firstly, It has a solid story and an excellent development of the characters' personalities. Suppose you have enough intelligence to follow a story without feeling offended by boos. In that case, you will find an incredible story with a deep background of the characters' personality and a fantastic construction of the ... universe in which all the stories happened. Second, this story has a strong dose of elegant eroticism. It is the anime that touches the border anime ecchi and hentai anime in the best way. I don't understand why some people score the erotism with bad ratings. It is like under-rating a romantic story because it has a lot of romantic moments that don't help in the story's development. The Qwaser of Stigmata is an erotic story, and I see it as a quality of its massive doses of erotism and fan service because it is a genre! In a nutshell, The Qwaser of Stigmata is an excellent example of balancing a good story and fan service. Therefore, I strongly recommend this anime to the fans of the genre. Although, when it comes to me personally, I have other favorite erotic animes with a good story, I see The Qwaser of Stigmata as an excellent anime

From the synopsis, one can probably tell that if you don't care for breasts, this anime may not be the most enjoyable. And I just so happen to be on of those people.

I found everything, from the story to art to sound to character, average. All are rather generic and wasn't exactly new. However, I will say, the manipulation of elements (on the periodic table mind you) on an atomic level was an awesome concept. The fact that you could take advantage of your elements properties and reactions with other elements was really cool and as a science nerd, it made my day. I ... only wished that they could use that concept and develop the anime a bit more and not just focus on the breast milk. Again, I found the element manipulation awesome and would recommend you watch it for the fights. However... the rest is better left unsaid

Seikon No Qwaser Picture Drama

The Qwaser of Stigmata is one of the most boring anime I have ever seen. I have never thought that I would say something like that about an uncensored anime that shows oppai. The only reason why I watched it is because of my OCD.

The main macguffin of the story is Theotokos of Tsaritsyn - a holy icon in which it shows the Virgin Mary breastfeeding the baby Jesus. For one reason or another everyone wants it, but rarely anyone actually looks for it. Good thing the writing is so bad that it doesn’t matter and new plot points overwrite ... this one 90% of the time otherwise someone might figure out that the writer was out of ideas. The main cast consist of 4 totally forgettable protagonists: Sasha - Probably one of the most annoying tsundere in history. Everytime he spoke I got second-hand embarrassment. Almost everything that came out his mouth for most of the series was some kind of emo cringe. He acts like a child that craves attention and on top of that he’s a grade A hypocrite. Criticising the vile acts of his enemies while doing basically the same thing as them (minus the killing of innocent of course but he’s not above using others as just batteries for his powers). The only thing that could make him more cringe is if he’d listen to Green day and write lameass poetry. Oh yeah… and he controls Iron. Mafuyu - The second tsundere of the show. Well unlike Sasha, she’s not so annoying. That said, she's not a very good character. Most of her runtime is talking big and getting her ass handed to her or being a damsel in distress. Her redeeming feature is that she lays off the tsundere attitude later. Katja - Yet another tsundere, who would have guessed. Is it just me or there could be a pattern here? If I had to describe her it would be a gothic loli dominatrix with mama issues, that can also control copper. Out of all the characters in the story, she’s the only one that does not act like a total idiot. An ass, sure, but not an idiot. Tomo - total waste of space. The only good thing about her are her boobs. Boring and cliche more than the rest of the cast… and that’s saying something. Well… at least she’s not another tsundere. The main source of power is fan service… I mean… soma - a mystical substance that can be drawn from the breast of a woman. Well I guess any excuse to show oppai is a valid one. When the protagonist wants to go super saiyan, he needs to pause the fight and suck on some firm once. Yes… it destroys the flow of most fights. All in all the story is trash, the characters are boring as hell and the tone of the show shifts almost every episode. I guess You can enjoy it for the fanservice but even that gets old quickly. Watch only if You hate Your brain cells, lost a bet or have really no regards to writing.

There's nothing wrong with frequenting a slightly predictable, stable anime that has some form of boundaries or limitations that you can count on.
